Former Central Arkansas football playerand current assistant coach Brooks Hollingsworth leads a group of ninechosen to make up the school's 2011 sports hall of fame class.
Hollingsworthhas been selected as both a player and coach. He was an NAIAAll-American honorable mention selection in 1980 as an offensivelineman and has been a part of the Bears' coaching staff for 18 years.
Theclass includes Hollingsworth, LeRoy Dangeau, Tom Davis, Terry Hall,Monroe Ingram, Hosea Knowlton, Fay Pew, Cendey Roberts and Bill Tiner.They will be inducted during the school's hall of fame weekend on Oct.1, in conjunction with UCA's home football game with Stephen F. Austin.
The class will be the 10th inducted into the school's hall of fame.
