After greeting constituents and well-wishers, Sen. Lincoln talked about her role on the Senate Finance Committee and the other things she is doing to help Arkansans, including her work on education reform and the patients’ bill of rights, which she said is an important step in returning managed care to its intended purpose of providing health care at a lower cost for all.

Sen. Lincoln took questions from those in attendance about various issues, including one from a hospice professional regarding funding for hospice care.
