A business owner monitoring his office from home sprung into action to stop people from trespassing on his property.

The owner contacted a Faulkner County sheriff’s deputy when he saw two men climbing the fence at the back of his business.

Then, while driving to his business, the owner passed two men and followed them to a convenience store. The business owner notified the sheriff’s office that he was at the store with the two suspects, so the deputy met the owner there.

The suspects told the deputy that they went to the business to see if one of their vehicles had been towed there from an accident scene the night before. The suspects said they did not climb over the fence but did climb up on it to survey the lot behind the business.

The business owner told the men not to return to his property and that the vehicle in question would be released to the registered owner. The deputy also warned the suspects to stay away from the business.
