VARIETY OF PLANTS OFFERED AT CONWAY HIGH SCHOOL

The annual plant sale at the Conway High School will kickoff at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The greenhouses at the Conway High School were filled with plants — about 50,000 of them — in preparation for this event earlier this month. Those plants will be sold during the students’ annual Conway High School Plant Sale 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., starting Wednesday and lasting until the plants are gone.

Plants include 15 varieties of tomatoes, 10 varieties of peppers, hostas, daylilies, fern, ivy and more. Prices range from $1 per individual flowers in pots to $19 for a flat of annual flowers. Tomatoes start at $1.40 per four pack.

The money made during the sale goes back into funding another plant sale next year.

Greenhouses are located on the west side of campus near the baseball-softball complex, according to a news release.
