Officers responded to a welfare check at the laundromat in reference to a male who was asleep and wouldn't wake up when other patrons attempted to wake him. 

According to the Conway Police Department report, officers woke the man and noted the odor of intoxicants coming from his person. 

The man was confused, the report stated, but said he was fine and would be O.K.

The report stated the subject was only wearing a jacket and no shirt.

He was having a difficult time keeping his balance while sitting, the report stated.

When officers asked the subject where he "stayed," he replied, "drunk," according tot he report.

The subject did not give police his address and asked that he be taken to jail.
