United Way of Central Arkansas’ Jeans and Bling fundraiser is Friday, Mar. 7 at Centennial Valley Country Club.
The event, now in its fourth year, benefits UWCA’s Partner Agencies’ Programs for the next funding cycle.
"Dress up in your jeans and boots and come out for a good time and a great cause," said Executive Director Maret Cahill. "The money we raise will allow United Way to fund many essential programs that make a significant difference in this community."
Organizers suggest attendees wear their boots, denim and diamonds to the event and enjoy the live entertainment from Papa Grande and the silent and live auctions.
The auctions feature a watercolor from local artist Sheila Parsons, a Riverfest VIP package, and box seats for six at a University of Central Arkansas football game with food and drinks.
Attendees will have a "southern style" meal.
Tickets in advance of the event are $35 and $45 at the door. Tables of 10 may be reserved for $1,000.
For a ticket or to become a sponsor, visit unitedwayofcentralark.org or call the UWCA office at 501-327-5087.
