"Many times when companies are bought and sold, there is real estate involved in the transaction," said Wayne Lee, owner of National Business Brokerage Inc.  "Susan provides a much needed bridge between the two companies, especially in educating realtors on how to refer and handle sales of businesses. With both Susan and I being licensed Realtors within the EXIT organization, we can now handle business sales and residential or commercial real estate sales," said Lee.

Erwin said, "The synergies between business brokerage and real estate provide both companies unique opportunities in the central Arkansas markets and beyond."
