Max B. Osborn, 67, of Conway passed away Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010 at Baptist Health Medical Center.

He was born March 3, 1943 in Heber Springs to the late Travis and Bernice (Reese) Osborn. 

He is survived by one daughter, Susan Cockrell and husband Jeff of Bauxite; an aunt, Jean Gregory of Harrison; and several cousins and friends also survive him.

He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge of Choctaw. He was a former employee for Ward’s Bus Plant in Conway and a small engine mechanic. Max was a 1960 graduate of Clinton High School and of Eaton Barber School in Little Rock. He enjoyed working on small engines and loved dogs.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Saline County, P.O. Box 305 Benton, Ark., 72018.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway with Randy Allison officiating, under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway (501) 327-7727.
