FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas Razorbacks and Ole Miss Rebels will play their nationally televised Super Regional baseball series this weekend at Baum-Walker Stadium in the daytime, it was announced Tuesday.

The best two of three series advancing the winner among the Elite Eight playing for the national championship at the College World Series in Omaha starts at 11 a.m. Saturday on ESPN, 2 p.m. Sunday on ESPNU and if necessary 3 p.m. Monday on ESPN2.

Tickets for all games already are sold out.

Coach Dave Van Horn’s 44-17 SEC West co-champion Razorbacks are a No. 5 national seed and went undefeated in last weekend’s Fayetteville Regional defeating Central Connecticut State, 11-5 and twice beating TCU, 3-1 and 6-0 and at 20-10 in SEC play shared the SEC West title with Mississippi State.

Coach Mike Bianco’s nationally 12-seed Rebels, 40-25, won the Oxford Regional they hosted unbeaten over Jacksonville State, 16-2, 6-1 over Clemson and in 19-2 again over Jacksonville State.

Though behind Arkansas in the SEC West standings, Ole Miss, 16-14 in SEC games, is the only team this season to win two out of three over Arkansas in a series at Baum-Walker and split two games with Arkansas at the SEC Tournament in Hoover, Alabama.
