WOLCOTT, Colo. — The University of Central Arkansas women’s golf struggled to 18th place after the first two rounds of the Golfweek Conference Challenge on Monday at the Fazio Course at Red Sky Golf Club.

UCA shot rounds of 329-319 for a 648. UC Davis leads the field at 587, followed by Arizona (588), Virginia (590), Tulane University (591), Denver (592), UNLV (593), Tennnessee (603), Minnesota (604), Pepperdine (605), San Jose State (612), Chattanooga (613), Texas A&M (621), harvard (624), Missouri State (628), Campbell (637), Coastal Carolina (638) and Sacramento State (644).

Individually, junior Sara Hillman shot 82-80 — 162 and is tied for 67th with teammate C.J. Bobbitt (82-80 — 162). Julia Roth shot 81-82 — 163 and is tied for 76th place, while Gemma Hardie is tied for 79th at 84-80 — 164. Brooke Braun stands 89th at 92-79 — 171.

The third and final round will be played Tuesday.
