ATLANTA - The Hendrix College volleyball team swept Oglethorpe University 25-15, 25-18, 25-18 on the road in Southern Athletic Association action on Sunday.

With two matches to play in the conference season, the Warriors (15-10, 6-6) sit in a tie for third place with Millsaps and are half a game up on Birmingham-Southern before the Panthers' match on Sunday.

Freshman middle blocker Samantha Stockdale had 11 kills and hit a season-high .500 and freshman outside hitter MC Rogers also had 11 kills. Senior outside Katie Burchfield had nine kills and 12 digs. Sophomore libero Felicia Beeman led the passing game with 16 digs, as well as three aces, and freshmn Grace Griffin recorded four blocks. Freshman setter Allison Gaia recorded 16 assists, while senior Zoe Calhoun added 14.
